“Does this Sanus mount #215 have the Quick Connect feature? If not, how hard is it to remove TV? Buying a 32" Samsung UN32D5500 for Dad. He wants to be able to remove TV in winter when he goes south. Sanus web site mentions #MF202 with Quick Connect but Best Buy does not seem to carry that model.”

There is an allen key screw that goes into a pin where the TV mount affixes to the mount arm. It is relatively easy to remove, I say this as I do not know the weight of your TV, but with the screw removed the TV will still remain mounted.
