Will this mount work with TCL 28 inch television null

It should be no problem if its not over 60 pounds. I mounted a 49" widescreen monitor on a Vesa 100x100 mount at 40 pounds and works great. Box comes with different size Vesa brackets

Has standard holes and an extender for wider TV's. Check and measure the drilled holes on the back of your TV to be sure.
