- Answer I love this Hand Vac. I would let my nieces and nephews use it without concern. Any battery operated device /tool is much safer for the little ones. No worrying about getting tangled up in cords or handling of plugs which can be extremely dangerous. Convenience AND safety!

- Answer The UltraCyclone doesn't feature a reset button. If the unit doesn't turn on, then the battery power is too low, so the unit will need to get charged. If light still does not come on, try another verified working outlet or contact us at 1-855-427-5127; we'd be happy to look into this for you.

- Answer There is no charging base for the hand vac to sit on, nor is it wall mounted. The charging adaptor plugs into the back of the hand vac and just sits on your counter or floor for charging.
