• No. There are 3 small cables included: power, through your cigarette lighter, a usb to your radio, and an antenna. They are necessary to ensure the warranty of the product is maintained. A 2021 Malibu should have access to Sirius built in, but you will have to check the manual and call Sirius to set up an account. Generally, if you are a new account holder you should get a period of time for free access once you have the account set up via your VIN.
