Yes, it will. Only needs 12v power and somewhere to put the antenna and route the antenna cable. The antenna belongs on the exterior or the vehicle. The antenna wont work well or possibly not at all from inside the cabin

Also if the stock radio, or aftermarket radio does not have an aux output you will need additional accessories. If you have a tape deck, they sell the tape deck jack.
