• Yes it comes with everything you need including antenna very easy to install you just go to your fm channel that is all static like 88.1 or something like that then tune your Sirius radio to that same channel and plug into cigarette lighter and that’s it

• I installed it myself, it was very easy worst part is the antenna. I purchased a holder charger from amazon which made the power and mounting steps one step.
