• Yes you can... I had a subscription in a previous car that was built into the head unit for 4 years. Purchased a new vehicle in 2020 that wasn't equipped with Sirius XM so I purchased and installed the Tour Docking Unit and just canceled my pervious car while switching over to the new vehicle. Easy Peasy.
