Yes, you will be able to SYNC the app on your phone. They have a app so it will be easy to you.

Please try again later.You can sync your personal calendars — like Cozi, iCal, Google Calendar, or Outlook — to your Skylight, and it’ll pull everything into one super easy-to-read view. It’s a great way to see all your events in one place! Right now only Google has the ability to sync events from Skylight back but we are working on iCal 2-way sync for this year as well.
