If you would want to use dual monitors then you could plug in 2 hdmi or display port cables while i dont have this specific pc thats what would happen and if one is not working you might be pluging it into the wrong place to get it to work, you must plug all of your display cables you want to use into the graphic card ones not the motherboard. hope this helped eventhough its 3 weeks late
