“For some reason, the rgb on the back fan and front fans is not working for me. The PC works fine but I also want the rbg to work. I’ve pushed the buttons on it and haven’t seen any change either. Am I doing something wrong or is there a way to activate it”

You have to plug the cords in. They may come unattached as mine did. I am now in search for some software to get my front fans customized. No luck so far. *Purchased mine from Amazon an year and an half ago for $1500*
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.There is a rgb sync button you can use to change the rgb, it is 2 buttons down to the right of the power butter, though when I received mine it immediately started with rgb so yours might have a slight issue.
