Please try again later.actually it dose not come with it and yes if you buy from Best Buy technician will install and you have to buy but if you not sure when you buy washer online once you add to cart its also ask you to buy hoses and actually online tell you right one goes with it and I store you can just ask or mostly they tell you to you must buy any other case just online at Best Buy just enter washer brand and everything you get result ! hope this help

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.When you go to buy the washer and choose to have them install (that is free), there will be an "option" to buy the metal hose things. It's actually not optional, they won't install without new hoses. Those are about $35, and are worth it. The hose things are pretty standard, unless you have a miniature washer or are using a non-standard water bibb. Anyway, just click to add the installation kit when you are buying. You probably could put the washer in the cart and then look at which kit they add if you are installing it yourself.
