Besides you get the code online you will receive the card as proof of purchase. But i don't know if there is posible to have the code without Shipping.

I have seen retailers offer the code as a download as well as a card but I usually just purchase the cards.

You would need a Euro PSN card. US dollar would not work on your console.

No, the code must be activated at checkout and scratched off to reveal the code (as with any other physical game card). Unless they start offering e-cards I think you are out of luck.
