Try online, pickup at store, or calling. Online and each store has different gift cards. There are two in my town and what is offered is radically different at each one.

It should be located at the front register or the video games department. You can also check bestbuy.com, add a $10 PSN card to your cart and select in-store pickup to see if they have it in-stock at Bestbuy.
