“If I were to buy the Sony system, what else do I need to buy to install this? Does it come with the wires? If not, what wires do I need? I have a 2006 Nissan Xterra.”

I’m not sure with your maxima but my h3 I had to buy a stereo mount kit for the dash and the wiring kit to make it compatible with the stock subwoofer. But the installation of the stereo was free at the time so to me that was totally worth it. They also installed a back up camera for me as well.The install turned out amazing and the stereo itself I would recommend it’s awesome!!

I had to pay extra for the device that can still allow that feature to work. I paid to have mine installed by Best Buy. It’s a big investment in car audio and the install price isn’t that much (for what you are paying for )
