It can take up to 24 hours at times. Check your junk/spam folders in your mailbox. If no code after that time, contact PlayStation Support.

I always worry if the number is going to scratch off when I’m peeling the sticker off to reveal the number but they’re printed o.n the card pretty good and should that happen you can take it back to the store where you made your purchase

If it doesn’t come to you in that amount of time then you would need to contact customer service and have as much info as you can about the order. Hopefully you got it!
