QuestionIt's funny that know one mentions that this has 3D built into it. And I have a 3D 65" And I LOVE IT! I also collect 3D bluray movies. And was wondering if anyone has tried out the 3D, and what are your thoughts?

QuestionCan this model download apps? If not, which Sony models can? I bought a $300+ Sony Blu Ray years ago on the recommendation of a Best Buy employee and was very disappointed that new apps are not downloadable. The only Sony product I ever regret buying.

QuestionIs this a region free device, or does it only play region 1 dvd’s? I just ordered the unit over the phone and explained I need a unit that play region 2 dvd’s. I see nothing in the description online to suggest it is an all region player.

QuestionWhy when I went to product comparison it says “1080 video output yes” does that mean the picture output from this DVD player is only 1080 and then the 4K TV upscales the picture to 4K??? Can you explain to me a little better what that means? Thank you.

- Answer Hi, Terry123! The unit is already designed to support 4K content (4K discs or 4K streaming content). When connected to a 4K TV and a 4K content is played through the player, what you will see on the screen is true 4K quality. ~Ralph
