• Mine did. As a matter of fact, instructions are not needed. Just plug the cable into the corresponding colors on the back of your television and headphone set stand.

• Mine came with one sheet with English, Spanish, and French instructions.

• The instructions came in English, French on the backside of the English instructions and a separate sheet in Spanish. It is possible those instructions may have not been included.
