QuestionHi is the standard storage for the 1tb able to increase to 3000 rn with an external hard drive thur via usb port. I bought one but dvr doesn’t register the device to put and recording.

QuestionCan i watch 4 (or possibly 8) cameras simutaneously out the hdmi port to a tv? i don't want internet, only multi-cameras live on the TV. I also don't want to record, can I disable recording and still watch multiple cameras live on the TV? Thank you

QuestionIs this camera view images in color or black and white?

- Answer The cameras show color in the daylight. When it’s dark they go into night vision, which is surprising good the amount you can see, In night vision they show as black and white. I do highly recommend it though. My wife and I both love it.

QuestionI want to use the system looking through a window & storm window. Will this limit the movement detection capability of the camera? Will it block the Infra Red detection? Also, can the light be covered or turned off so the camera is not seen?

With the spotlights on this should not be a problem, but the IR LEDs do not fare as well traveling through glass compared to visible light. QuestionHello: If I use this camera system and I find 3 minutes worth of video that I want to keep from 5 hours worth of recording, how do I capture that 3 minutes and save it to another device?
