• depends on how you have it set up . if you have it on 2 different inputs than you can just switch via remote but if they are both one the same coax you may have issues

• If your TV is new enough it should have a source select and you just pick which device you want to use. However if you are using the same cable and only have one inlet for service on your TV you may want to install a switch box that will allow you to simply move from one to the other with a switch.

• Depends on the tv. Some have separate connections. But if they share the same connection, then yes. You’ll have to shut off satellite, or vice versa.

• No I do not. I have cable , but it doesn't affect it at all. I can use both, by just navigating with my remote control.
