QuestionIf the driver is injured and NOT ABLE TO SAVE or immediately do anything with the camera, is the video permanently lost? Rendering the camera basically useless in a serious accident? There's about 10 steps involved to save a video.

QuestionIf there's an accident and driver is injured and not able to disconnect android auto, open the app, connect to the wifi, then connect the camera, review the clips, and then download them, is the accident video lost? Is there an easier way?

- Answer Hello, yes the incident will be recorded and can be viewed or downloaded using the mobile application or via PC as long as the recording is immediately saved. Be sure not to use the dashcam before you access the incident recording or else it will be overwritten.

- Answer Had my camera installed by the Geek Squad. They chose an alternate setup. Camera has been working fine. Hope this helps.
