Not only did I just get the answer to my question today when I asked it about 2weeks ago. The delivery truck delivered it to the WRONG house and I had to carry it from there. I called BB immediately after and they said they would pass it along to the delivery people, did they who knows but something should be done to imform the delivery person that they delivered to the house. I live on the Delaware bay and it was windy that day it could have blown over and broke if I were not home and luckily I had company that could help me bring it into my house. You need to be more care with your delivery.
