“My fire tv is stuck on the initial setup screen, (black with Toshiba and amazon fire logo) and I havent been able to get passed it. Any suggestions or has anyone had this issue?”

I supposed you tried to turn it off and unplug everything to the tv. Then reconnect and turn it back on?
