• Hi! The extender will use the same password as your existing Wi-Fi network. Its Wi-Fi network name (SSSID) can be customized - you can opt to use the same name as your router, or give it a unique name, if desired.

• Mine named itself the same as the original source but with EXT on the end and I just used the original password. You can use whatever you want
