Hi. This is Wendy from TracFone Wireless. Yes, you can add a TracFone - $10 Global Calling Card to you basic TracFone plan (non-Smartphone). However, it will not triple the $10 Global Calling Card. Any add-on minutes can be used for talk or text to phones within the US, but not the global calling card.
