“So it won’t work on all I phones ? I have a 7 + & I was under impression it worked on all apple products ? Cause it’s not working on my 7+”

The iPhone 7plus does not have wireless charging due to the phone having a metal back. Apple did not start supporting wireless charging until iPhone 8.

It only works on iPhones that have a glass back. (8’s and up??)

iPhones didn't come with Qi wireless charging capabilities till iPhone 8 so this will not work for iPhone 7 and below.

Only the newer iPhones have cordless charging capability. A mophie case may be your best bet for cordless charging.

Apples support for wireless charging started with the iPhone 8. You'll need a newer phone to use this feature.
