• The Jetpack comes with a sim card. You don't need to buy any other device -- just pay Verizon for the data plan you choose. Best Buy can do this for you in the beginning. Then you can set it up to be charged automatically to your credit card every 2 months.

• Mine came with a SIM card all you have to is buy a prepaid card and set up a account and you are good to go!

• SIM card is included. Best Buy will help you set up & get connected. All you need to do is purchase the data cards to go with the plan you select.
