“I have my Firestick plugged in HDMI 1 on my TV and an HDMI cable from the soundbar to HDMI (ARC) on TV. I get full surround sound through my smart TV but when I use the Firestick, no surround sound. Do I need a optical cable or maybe an HDMI splitter?”

• I use an optical cable and mine works fine. You could probably try that. Keep your receipt though.
