There's not a drop of bass coming from the sub. The satellites are working. What's the deal? I've dialed the Subwoofer and Bass settings to the top snd went to a hip hop station and still have no vibration whatsoever coming from the speaker. null

Apparently it's defective.. I'd exchange it or return it for a different item as soon as possible
