Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I own the system you are inquiring about. Here are a couple of issues I have encountered: Sometimes other remote controls can affect this unit. Does this happen when you are using another remote control? This system automatically turns off if no sound goes through it or no signal is going through it after about 5 to 15 minutes. Could this be an issue? I find the automatic turn off system to be not a good thing. I put a movie or television show on pause only to have to turn on the surround system again. Pause the sound for five minutes and the unit goes off.
