How do I get voicemail off my phone null

Hi - If you are subscribed to Voicemail service from your telephone company and the handset screen displays "New Voicemail". To remove the message from the screen, you can simply review the message left on your mailbox. If you are referring to cancelling the service, you may contact you telephone service provider to get assistance on how to remove it. If you are referring to the built-in Answering system of the VTech CS5129-26, you can turn it off by pressing ANS ON/OFF on the telephone base. Thank you! - VTech Support
