To the best of my knowledge which I own this product but am not even close to a tech guy. I own a ps5 which is the system i purchased it for. I was able to upload all my ps4 games which i already had an external hard drive for and play the games from that. HOWEVER my ps5 games have to remain on the console for me to play them which is a bummer because thats why I bought this hard drive. If anyone knows different please let me know. Thank you.
