“I bought an Easystore hard drive a wile ago. I downloaded a few files from my Macintosh computer. Now I need to use this to store files from a PC computer. I have deleted all my previously saved files. Should I reformat my drive from a PC computer?”

Hi Maki, Please be informed that the WD Easystore drive is a plug and play device tested and designed for Windows and Mac computers for seamless operation. To use the device on macOS and Windows OS, format the drive as ExFAT.
