Q: QuestionThe Best Buy Installers connected the vent to go outside to the roof but I noticed that it vents through the grates on top of the microwave as well. A lot of air is coming from those vents into the house. Does this mean it isn't venting through the roof?

Q: QuestionBestbuy sales person didn't tell me this was a range top. I have no way to mount this anyplace. Since this has an option to turn off fan can I use it safely on a countertop or if I buy a rack that allows venting underneath? Hiding cord with my hat!

Q: QuestionIs there a way to tell if this product has been vented out (rather than circulated air) without needing to remove the microwave from its installation? I moved into the unit with it already installed and I think the unit might not be venting out.
