If you're referring to the fact that this washer doesn't have a drainage hose in the lower front panel to drain water build-up every month or so, I may be able to answer your question. I was just at Best Buy today and the sales guy explained that this machine has a built-in pump to get rid of any residual water that accumulates at the bottom.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had a washer for 12 years and never had a problem. I now have the newer version. Once a month run a load with vinegar in it. I usually use something like garage rags when I do this. I also leave the door open at the end of the day of doing loads so the inside and in the seals can thoroughly dry.
