“Hello, I can't figure out how to setup a second user. Can someone provide some steps? Also, seems that it always measures my BP high, does it need some sort of calibration? Thanks!”

Measure your arm circumference. If you are anywhere nere 17" Select another product as I did.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You add extra users in the smartphone app, but telling it to switch to a different user is obnoxious because the device itself has only one button. Make sure the device is on your arm such that it is level with your heart when you take three measurement. Use the setting that takes an average of 3 measurements ("BPx3" on the device).
