“I have purchased and installed this lock and it works perfectly, when I get home it unlocks and all. BUT I can’t get it to work when I’m not on the same WiFi network (away from home) has anyone else had this issue? How have you fixed it? Thanks!”

• You need to go to settings, locate the august app then turn on cellular data. This will let you have access anytime you have Cell service. When you are home the wifi hooks up and works the lock for you without using cell data. Good luck
