We initially bought this home theater system at the store, but after setting it up we noticed the center speaker sounded crackly so we exchanged it. Being as they did not have anymore in stock they shipped it to us for free. We tested out the speakers on the new system before setting it all up and they all sounded great. No problems since then. My boyfriend is happy to have his own home theater system in his man cave and loves the sound and picture quality. I trust Sony as a brand and refuse to by anything else unless it's Bose. We have the Sony Bravia 55" 1080i 3D TV and wireless 3D home theater system in the living room and it's amazing. I've bought other brands before, an LG tv which burnt out in less than 3yrs, and will never buy them again. Sony is worth the difference in cost.

I had went in on my own research for a Vizio sound to go with my Vizio Tv. My favorite Salemen was in and said well do you need a Blue Ray players as well? I did but had not researched those yet. He smiled lets kill 2 birds with one stone... and save cash. Yes I am totally glad he knows his stuff.

EXCELLENT PRODUCT, EXCELLENT QUALITY, GREAT SOUND, DURABLE

Pros- price, easy set up...easy to follow use instructions. Cons- the center speaker that goes in middle of TV screen should be slim. It is about 3" tall so it covers small portion of bottom of TV screen. I'm sure we will get used to it it would be fine if TV was higher, but we can't raise it. DVD fine, haven't watched Blu Ray yet.

I like this surround sound system because it is easy to install, affordable, and the sound quality is really good for what I paid for it.

couldn't have went with a better system so easy to use

Purchased to replace Onkyo receiver that just was too much to handle. This unit is very easy to use and takes up verry little space. Love the bluetooth.

this is my second time buying this type of product from sony. the first lasted a long time and worked well. this one i hope for the same. it is easy to set up and get in place. it is easy to understand and use. a friend came over and made a comment about the system when we were watching a movie on it. i have only one problem with it and working with sony now and sure it will be taken care of by them. on certain discs either bluray or dvd while playing it will stop. need to be restarted and plays fine through the area it stopped before. does not happen often.

We bought this system to replace another Sony HomeTheatre System, and we can say that we are happy with it. We wish it had Ultra Blue Ray, but it's ok. The hookup was easy, the sound is great and it was easy to setup and use.
