If you don't need the S pen from the Samsung Chromebook Plus, this is your chromebook. Similar specs, but $50 cheaper.

I've been using Chromebooks for years and would never switch back to another OS, but I've never been a fan of the cheap, plastic-y products. This is a fantastic value, and I love that it is powered by USB-C. Now when I travel I can bring one charger and charge ALL my gadgets at once!

This has been my primary tablet for school and home! Love it!

This is a great computer. Touch screen is a bonus. Starts up quick. Full HD, Doesn't virus problems like a pc.

It does not accept Microsoft word, and a google account is needed for the device.

We our love new Chromebook. Love the touch screen and being able to flip it around.

This is my 2nd Chromebook. The first one I returned. I got a Acer 15" screen in exchange and after spending several hours trying to see how it works, I finally like it. I have not used a Chrome Book before, only Windows. I will conquer this new way of computing.

We've only had this for a few months but it looks and performs very well.

I have been wanting to switch to a chromebook for a while. Now I wish I had done it sooner. Easy to use, fast startup, It is perfect for me. I just need something for everyday tasks., Email surfing, and reasearch. And if I need more storage I can plug in a SD card. Plus I can watch shows and movies without any issues. I love it.

Kinda heavy and the aluminum casing isn't lap friendly (It's super cold to the touch!). Was hoping it would be a little lighter in weight like the HP's and Samsung's. Quality is not perfect, but acceptable. I wouldn't recommend it for travelling.

Fast as a MacAir, but difficult to set up printers or systems from other companies. Depends on the usage is great, but if you need to scan, or use other types of barcode printer is difficult.

While this item is great for the price it has a ton of limits as to what you can do. The small size is very convenient and the touch screen is helpful. I would suggest trying it out to make sure it fits your needs prior to purchase.

We were comparing this to a laptop for high school student to do homework. Much faster startup and very good interface. So far, we are very happy with the device.

We bought this as a Christmas gift for my daughter to use for school. She likes it, but she ends up on my phone for playing games, as the Chrome OS doesn't have the normal playstore that's on android phones.

Bought this for my granddaughter age 9. Had it up and running in 10 minutes and she loves it! So versatile, great for school, communication with family and friends, playing games, etc. I will buy one for myself when they come out with a cellular model, better than a iPad!

Pros: Very fast. Compatible with the Play store. Very light Long battery life Cons: Strange aspect ratio Buggy - flipping to tablet mode shut off the screen, so I had to keep my finger in between when trying to use as a tablet. Apps frequently froze and when the screen would rotate, the window sizes did not adjust properly. After 2 weeks, the mouse pad already felt like it was "rattling" and not likely to make it that long.

The setup was extremely simple. Wiping clean and setting up for new users is extremely easy. Didn't like the fact that plugging a DVD reader into it did not work. It would not recognize. I also did not like how printing to a cloud based printer did not work well either. Some of the apps that I normally use my phone were no longer supported by the chrome book. I think as long as apps get better these chromebooks will become more useful. I do not believe these will take the place of having an actual laptop. As I tech guy that does the IT work for my company, I did not like the fact that I could not remote into the chromebook in order to assist my instructors that were not in the same building as me. Basically, if all you are wanting to do is surf the web and rely on the basic software of apps, then this is a great product. Keep in mind, you have to have internet access in order to use a lot of the apps. If you are used to the versatility and functional use of a laptop and the ability to not have to be connected to the internet in order to use apps, then do not get this product.
