First purchase was an HP but the setup was very slow as software was being updated, lots of programs were on that we didn't want, and it wouldn't play a version of Words with Friends that she's gotten used to. Next tried this Chromebook. It had a nice feel to it, but the resolution was so high that normal screen viewing was too small. Also the full version of Words with Friends would not run. We returned it in 4 days.

He needed it for school and he has ditched the MacBook Air he inherited from his sister. He says it's so easy to use he was up and running inside of an hour of unpacking it.

It worked perfectly for a time. She loved it. Now, less than three months from the purchase date, she is stuck with a black screen and trying to navigate tech support by herself. not a happy mama!

Arm processor ruins it

I bought for school and it lagged with 2 web pages and 2 power points open. Took forever to load slides when I was changing them. Should have not used arm processor and it would have been good
