Although the sales rep told me this would easily work with CenturyLink and the information on the packaging said it would too - it did not. I will have to contact CenturyLink for the specific parameters, which I didn't want to do and sit on the phone forever. Disappointed.

Bought this to replace my second fried AT&T DSL router/modem. Not only saved 30% over replacing with ATT product but also it is noticeably faster on both upload/download. Setup was a little time consuming since it's a universal style device. Not bad though. I also like being able to customize wifi password, something my old router wouldn't allow. If you still have DSL or can't yet upgrade to/afford cable internet this is a good router for the money.

We thought it was compatible with century link. It wasn't. Otherwise it was a decent product.

Bought this to replace 4 year old Belkin router that had stopped working the Actiontec n300 was easy to connect and works great would recommend

This was the easiest modem ever to set up. Online instructions super easy to access, follow, repeat, etc. Fast, sturdy model with readable icons.

Since this was my first time to set up in an office I wanted it to go smoothly and it did. We had a power outage in the area and it burned up our old router. I was in a crunch and Verizon told me I had a choice to wait 3-7 days or go to Best Buy and pick up this brand. So happy I did not wait.

I have bought a dozen of these over the past few years to setup DSL modem/router capabilities. They work well, are very stable, and are very compatible with CenturylLink DSL service in the Denver metro area. A great price for a combo unit.

I bought this to replace my ATT supplied modem. Setup was easy, and I had it up and running in less than 30 minutes. The biggest pain was on ATT side.you have to register it online with them for them to recognize it. Other than having to restart every month or so, it has worked flawlessly.

My original Actiontec DSL Wireless Modem stills works but my laptop was occasionally dropping offline so I decided to buy a newer DSL Modem. The saleman at Best Buy cautioned that the Actiontec was not the fastest DSL Modem they stocked but when he learned I only have a 5Mbit line, he agreed it was the right choice. When I got it home, I had to call CenturyLink to give me user ID and password in order to connect and there was a lengthy download process but it all worked fine. I did save money over buying or leasing an Actiontec from CenturyLink. This new modem has better password encryption than my old one, which was just WEP. It has dual antennas and connects faster to my laptop and streaming devices. My only regret is that I didn't buy it last Christmas when it was on sale.

I bought this to replace the one that quit working. The price was great and very easy to set up.

This router also has it's own modem and was easy to install. I am able to use WiFi on all my devices throughout the house. Very good value for the price. Much cheaper than what the ISP wanted. Why rent theirs when you own it.

When I hooked this up,,,no problem,,,,returned Windstream's modem/router and they promptly cut off my IP address......this modem/router is good,,,be careful of Windstream!

Bought this to avoid century links monthly modem fee of $10. It's works great and internet is fast and reliable.

Our previous router suddenly decided to stop working. We called the service department for that router. They wanted to charge us $200 plus to help us. Instead we went to Best Buy and the sales associate recommended this router. It not only cost a fraction of what it would have if we had agreed to the other but it is faster with very little interruption of service. I would say the interruptions we have experienced have more to do with where we live than the router.

Less than 10 minutes to install (as long as you have all info needed and don't need to call phone co), wireless signal is great all over 1800 sq ft home. Easy to use web interface to set product up and change settings if needed.

I live in a community in central Virginia served by CenturyLink. This router was on their list of compatible devices and it was not too expensive. I can stream Hulu on my Roku, surf on my laptop, and check my mobile device at the same time. So it works well enough.

Worked to remove Verizon modem/router from in home network

Was nervous getting this but it works great was worried it would not work with my Internet

It was easy to set up and it has great range. I love that it is combined into one piece of equipment.
