I did have occasion to talk to their support on an issue, which turned out to be my fat fingers, and they were very helpful and live!

Great CenturyLink DSL modem

Easy to configure with CenturyLink versus other brands of modems that are not fully supported by the carrier.

great modem

Works with Centurylink

Works flawlessly. It is not listed as being compatible but the Century Link tech says it is

Better then expected

Had to change a few settings Actiontec where more then happy to help new there stuff. I biggest problem was with Windstream. They where not too eager to change settings on there end. But with the info I had from Actiontec they had no way of telling me it would not work. It all works great.
