It works... most of the time.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had to purchase this one because it was one of the few that allowed me to get my internet service via a phone line (CenturyLink). It wasn't easy to set up, and I spent a good hour or more on the line during two separate calls with customer support to get it up and running. You also have to contact your service provider for specific information before calling customer support. Once you're on line, it drops you...a lot; during movies, internet streaming, while chatting on line or doing research...etc., and turning it off and back on does not always reset it. Twice I've had to get customer support back on the line to help get it back up and running, and at least three times I've had to reset it myself from my PC. But. most of the time it works. I have two other models, far better, but they do not have telephone jacks. So for now, I deal with it.
