I like the on and off feature which I didn't have with my original AT&T modem. Much sleeker construction and the set up was quite easy. Had to call AT&T for username and password to complete set up. If you have AT&T, it is only compatible with DSL Broadband, not U-Verse.

We have streamed a basketball game and my son has played video games online.

I have no problems connecting with wi-fi 2 floors above. I researched other routers and decided against internal antennas as they seemed to lose range.
