Do ot use to tlak on phone

Not good for talking on the phone, who you are talking to can hear all the background noise and have a hard time hearing you.

Bone conduction headphones like these give me freedom of movement, freedom of speech, and the ability to hear speech around me. By tucking the available earbuds, this becomes a noise cancelling pair of headgear, without the bulk of headsets. Highly recommended!

High Quality Headphones

They work exceptionally well, however, the only drawback I found with them was that the microphone isn't very good when making phone calls and the call audio is too quiet. Other than that, these are an excellent set of headphones!
