It lives up to my expectations and more...smart as a whip can't imagine life without my Alexa lol

I really like the echo dot, and the fact that I can call up things to hear and even order.

It's very accurate and a very classic device. It keeps me up today with games , weather, traffic and more. Its part of the family now. Thank you amazon

These little things are great. I have one on every floor of the house. It is very interactive and I able to control a lot of the electronic items in my house through "Alexa"! Great product!

I love the way that this device is integrated with other Amazon products like the fire stick. It's every evolving which means that it will be more and more beneficial.

Excellent personal assistant to change hone temperature, to set some reminders, check weather forecast and news summary. We love this product. Kudos to Alexa team!!!

Alexa plays great music, tells jokes, and answers question about many subjects. If your an Amazon Prime member the treats are even most rewarding in a Dot Puck.

It fun for my 6 year old to ask random questions. I love it for the weather update, timer, and the to do list! Family fun for all. Only con is you have to ask the questions a specific way to get an answer, frustating...

This is quickly becoming a favorite tool for our family. We especially like the shopping list feature that we each can add items.

I dont like using Alexa because Alexa can’t really do anything. You have to download a whole bunch of stuff and then it still doesn’t work the way you want.

This makes the second Alexa device I own. This is good for Smart Home Automation. The skills are just as great as the device.

Experienced Excellent Customer Service. I would definitely recommend this Best Buy location to my friends and family.
