My opinion, One flaw

Absolutely love it

Turned my tv into a full fledged smart tv with tons of apps and free content + paid content that I've opted for (there's plenty of free content that I would be just as happy with no paid content honestly). It was easy to hook up, it's easy to use and runs quite quickly on my wifi, never had issues with buffer times or heavy lag. The only issue I can think of is that Alexa is not very intuitive or...smart. If she were my actual personal assistant, I'd fire her in a heartbeat. Fortunately she does function with simple commands at least, as long as you use the exact right terminology that she can understand or find, and it's plenty easy to navigate without her.
