We've been cord cutters for 2 years now. Been using a smart bluray player for Netflix and Hulu access. Signed up for sling tv service and wanted to try the fire stick because the old bluray didn't have the sling app. The 1st one is in our bedroom and this one is in our living room. Love the speed of the start up connection ad well as the ease of the remote. Heard about a new web browser for the fire stick but I didn't look into it yet.

I biught this because I have Amazon Prime and read good things about the Fire Stick. This thing is great , very easy to hook up. You must have an amazon account to use it. I recomend getting a prime account so you can take advantage of the free steaming movies and music they offer. This also incorporates Alexa into it. I can order items from Amazon right from my tv. This really is a great little device and the price wont break the bank.

Once you sign in to this device with your Amazon account, you open up a world of possibilities for streaming live and/or recorded programming. There's also gaming available but I'm not much of a gamer, so I can't tell you how that works. My Netflix, WatchESPN and other programs come preloaded which meant that all I had to do was sign in to each and voila, I'm watching my favorite program or sports show. I recommend this to everyone.

Added this to my arsenal to break free of cable/satellite companies. Gives me a beautiful picture with no virtually no buffering issues. Plenty of apps to choose from - not as many as my Roku - but the ability to sideload a nice collection of apps is an amazing advantage over the Roku. I love having both connected to my TV. Great purchase! Very happy and would not hesitate to recommend the Fire Stick to anyone considering one.

I have the old Fire TV Stick without voice, and we used it a lot as a family. We recently bought the newer one with voice control and it works really good. The voice control makes it very convenient to search for shows. AND, the kids (that can't spell well yet) can now search for their own kid shows too. We liked it so much, we bought another unit for my parents house. The kids also like playing some of the learning apps/games.

I finally cut the cable and I have several of these. It connects to all the streaming items I already had and supports Sling which was my cable replacement. It also supports TiVo, but that App sometimes has problems. I recently went out of town and had everything with me like at home. It worked great except the one night there was a soccer thing and a million kids were eating the WiFi, but that was not the device's fault.

Easy to use, lots of apps. Clear, enjoy watching. Able to view my favorite tv shows and movies.

I absolutely love my fire stick! It's so great, and you can travel with it! It's small, compact, and you can plug it in to any TV that has a USB or HDMI port. We even traveled with our to Hawaii and plugged it into our hotel room. It was awesome! We watch this so much now, that we barely ever what our regular TV. We're actually thinking about disconnecting our cable now. Would definitely recommend!

I looked at Chromcast, Roku and Amazon Fire Stick. After reading the reviews and talking to a Best Buy staff person in store, I decided to go with the Amazon Fire Stick because of the remote control with Alexa voice control. Before cutting the cord, I had Comcast cable with the voice remote and I did love just being able to speak to the remote. The Fire stick one is okay. It does work well, but only for Amazon products so not equal to the Comcast remote. Otherwise, I've been very happy with the Amazon Fire Stick. It is easy to use and I have access to more apps than I will probably ever use. I would definitely recommend it.

Fire stick provides a great value to online streaming video applications like net flux Hulu or Amazon prime. Very easy to use plug and play most likely will have to use plug into 120 volt with adapter. Did not work with usb power input on my tv was bummed. But probably carries on what type of tv you have. Remote control a little small but it is adequate to get job done

I was able to download SETV on the fire stick without a hitch. All programs load and play with surprising speed. This week I brought the fire stick on vacation with me and was able to attach to the TV at the condo I stayed at without a problem. SETV now program enabled me to see over 500 tv stations on the fire stick with a TV guide. Very pleased with this purchase.

Great product for linking Amazon, Hulu and Netfix to one location. Very easy to set up, instructions very simple to follow and execute. Believe me, I am no genius, however, this made me the sharpest tool in the shed. I purchased one for each TV and now everyone is happy and can watch their favorite programs. Bought mine when they were on sale and that was ok with me.

I love using my Amazon Firetv stick. Fast, affordable, and easy to use

This is my first First Stick purchase, I've been a Prime member for years and been watching Prime Video mostly on tablets. Since I've cut the cord and got Directv Now app, I decided to give Fire Stick a try. Set up took 30 secs, downloading apps took another minute. Picture quality is excellent, switching from app to app is a snap. Very happy with this device.

I have an Apple TV (2nd gen) and I tried fire tv as something temporary after losing the power cord of the Apple TV, Fire TV blew my mind. I loved the ease of use and Alexa works very similar to Siri. I have the amazon prime membership so it was great to finally have access on my tv. Also the price is way lower than Apple TV which makes it a great choice.
