Monthly Cable bill was approximately $150, including DVR boxes. Firestick price was reasonable and I'm able to install my favorite apps (ABC, CBS, NBC, etc). Easy to install. I bought three for the all TVs. Better than ChromeCast.

Our 1st generation Fire Stick was no longer working property so we had no choice but to purchase a new Fire Stick. This newer version with Alexa is SO much better. No more lagging and love the fact that Alexa is there to help!

I bought the fire stick instead of a smart TV because it was easier. I do have to say that if you don't pay for prime that it is almost pointless to buy the for stick. It is nice to be able to stream most anything from one place. There are also games and other things that make it more fun. Overall it is a good purchase however if you dont pay for prime it makes it less useful.

I purchased the amazon fire stick and it has been amazing. I am able to stream on different platforms -- amazon, netflix, and hulu. There is no lag and the device was extremely easy to set up. I highly recommend getting one.

Great device with voice control. Perfect in every way and very easy to set up. I was able to download apps and what movies and shows instantly. Alexa voice control is awesome to get the weather bring up news and watch movies.

I picked up the fire stick to use when on business travel to use Neflix, Amazon Video in conjunction with my WiFi hotspot at hotels. Works great. Co-worker recommended I pick one up and it was great to have on my last trip.

This was my 3rd Fire Stick, only one of my TV's is a smart TV the others are not. These devices are so easy to use and with the voice command, it is effortless. I even use it to stream Pandora over my TV's. Great device.

I purchased this after using the fire tv and it is great. It filters the movies fast and there is very little lag. You can also download different android apps onto it. I will definitely buy another one for my other tvs.

The Amazon Fire Stick is a great way to access your Prime Membership perks, like Amazon Video and Amazon Music. With an Amazon Stick plugged into your TV, you can watch your favorite Amazon Prime shows, music and even access other program like Netflix, Vevo, and a Downloader. What is great about the Firestick, is that you can play your own local media. Unlike the Google Chromecast, which is great for other purposes, you can actually play local media files connected to your network, if setup properly. All media plays WITHOUT transcoding. So, there is no need for a intermediary PC to process your media. It is great! I give this device 5 out of 5 stars for being inexpensive, reliable and full featured. Great product. Hook this up to your WiFi and you are set. Love the Fire Stick, and Love Kodi and Streaming. Portable enough to go on road trips or just take to someones house to watch a show. Take any Dumb TV and make it a SMART TV.

I decided to replace my cable box with this and I truly made the right decision. Great clean picture, all of the streaming apps I use are conveniently available on my phone when I'm away I can record or watch programs.

My old fire stick was lagging and not working well so I got this new one. Works great, much faster, less bugs/issues overall. Easy to use. I like the new remote design and size. The voice addition is a nice touch but I honestly don’t use it much. Would definitely recommend this device to people without a smart tv that want to stream Netflix, Hulu or amazon video.

I’ve purchased 3 of these so far, they are so handy and inexpensive. Great way to add streaming to a tv that isn’t internet ready. I recommend these as a starter device for anyone wanting to cut the cable cord.

As far as streaming devices go, Amazon does the best. Can sideload android apps easily, and they run fairly smooth for their size. I use these mainly for Playstation Vue, and Netflix, and they do well on each.

I love the Alexa and voice access, so simple to find movies. Also enjoying the Sling free trial that came with it. Love having easy access to "cable" without the high cable costs. Go Amazon! Well made product.

Works very well with my system, great picture and sound, easy to set up. Also works well with CBS All Access. Would recommend to anyone that has Amazon Prime, very easy way to watch anything available there.

Bought it as Smart TV wasn't acting so smart anymore. Picked this over the other streaming tv options due to the voice control feature and figured that's what my Mum can use right before she would call me for help. Don't get me wrong - I love helping my old Mum out, but being a "computer guy" doesnt mean i can diagnose every PC / tablet / washing machine / thermostat issue over the phone. I did the initial set up, but the day to day is all her. On the first day she called to say she needed help opening Hulu. I asked her if she'd asked the stick to open Hulu. She tried it, it worked... and I haven't received any troubleshooting calls (about the tv) since! Mission accomplished!! Thanks Amazon... great product.

WOW, no more Roku for me. This thing is awesome. voice command and has all the bells but the main thing is...it does not hang up! And it does not reboot, lag, or use a lot of system resources. This is great!

I have been a Prime member for two years and am on my 5th Fire tablet. I never really paid attention to Prime TV until my grandson came for a visit this past summer and, like all kids, wanted to watch TV. My daughter showed me how to use Prime TV on my tablet and I was hooked. At the same time as I purchased the Fire stick, I also got a new TV. After an easy Fire set up, I talked to the remote and...mind blown. Great movies, family photos and all the other prime TV features. I had not owned a TV for 2 years now I'm really enjoying TV, and Prime, for the first time in years. The Customer Service person that helped me was great, she listened to my wants and needs and hooked me up. All around great shopping experiance!
