easy set up, quick access to everything I wanted, great price too

The New Fire Stick is amazing! It outperforms the apps built into my Samsung DVD player by a long shot. The almost instantaneous booting is a pleasure. Alexa works perfectly. The everyday price has dropped. What more can you ask of a device?

Awesome easy to use, this is slot faster than the older version.

The fire stick is a great price for the capability, but is even better when it is on sale. I love the fact that the fire stick has an app on the phone for you to be able to control the fire stick just as the controller it comes with, but the extra advantage is that you don't have to buy the one with keyboard as the app have that option with your phone.

The firestick is easy to install, and streams well but the remote can be confusing. The Alexa/Amazon voice search only works with Amazon content, i.e. you can't use it inside Hulu. The fast fwd/back buttons behave a little differently depending on which app you're using. In a dimly lit room, it's easy to fumble the remote and point the wrong end forward, and then press the wrong button. The back button goes strictly back. If you want to resume after going back, you're out of luck. Once you find what you want, it works well, but it may take some banging to get there.

Many say the Fire TV is faster than the Fire Stick for streaming, and it might be, but it also costs a little more. So with a few extra dollars in my pocket in mind, I will say that the Fire Stick is great for the money. Just plug it into any device and pick up Amazon or other subscribed channels. Or, like I would guess most people do, install Kodi and watch a ton of channels for far less than cable. I think the Fire Stick is great for two reasons: 1) it works very well, and 2) when whatever technology or service supplants it in a year or two, it will have more than paid for itself because it's not expensive at all. The only thing I can't do is compare it side by side some of the other similar devices because I do not own them, but there are plenty of online reviews that can found that compare them.

Firestick is awesome you can use in any t.v. and it's cheaper than buying a new tv with all this different apps ... with your firestick you choose what you want yo download and ready to use move it around from one room to the other

I recently purchased a house so funds aren't all there to allow for cable tv. That's where the fire stick comes in. I've read many many review and couldn't go wrong for the price. I don't have a ultra HD tv so the stick works fine. I love this thing and through certain programs I can watch regular tv without the extremely high cost of tv these days!

I really like this stick. Easy to attach to your TV and to watch. Amazon just come out with a voice remote on their cheaper models. Works great however the voice part only controls Amazon contents. You cannot use the voice remote for searching Hulu. The only con is with the new mode their stick got bigger and then have a poor development on putting the power cord on the side of their stick. The power cord will interfere if you have another HDMI cable next to it. They do you give you an HDMI extender so the 2 cables will not collide.

Easy to setup, works great with Alexa and the picture is great!
