Noticeable upgrade from 1st generation

Fire Stick is fantastic!

Takes my prime membership to another level. Using the remote is my choice, and once I turned off the clicking sound it makes when you use the controls, my viewing experi nice has been flawless. Will most likely buy another (or two) to give as gifts this year.

This device is an affordable alternative to cable.

I subscribed to Hulu and was able to receive most of the channels that we normally watch. I canceled my cable subscription and bought three more fire sticks (one for each of my TVs). I also purchased a new router, my old one was 9 years old and could not handle the streaming demands.

Best Purchase Ever

If you are thinking about putting anything kind of automation in your home, I would highly recommend this item. It's easy to set up, and to use. We are going to buy at least 2 more units and possibly 3, so we can have them in every room of the house.

You don't even need to pay amazon for there subscription to use it, side load apps and watch for free with your internet, don't know how? Go to U Tube and watch videos on it, MOBDRO, Terrarium TV, UKTV, KODI, etc....
